I LEAD BOOT CAMP IN LESCE:
What can you expect on a Boot Camp workout? After the warm-up, where we will raise the heart rate and get the blood flowing through our veins, we will start with the main part of training. During main part of the workout we will do different strength exercises for your whole body (basic and advanced), where we will use our own body weight, weights, small balls and steps. You will not do exercises only by yourself, but we will spice up the training and do exercises also in pairs and in a group. In each training I try to help everyone to do their best, and to adjust each exercise to everyone (as far as possible). This approach then slowly prepares you to progress in your strength and fitness level. At the end of the training we will do exercises to cool down the body and mind.
